- This solicitation replaces Solicitation numbered N00244-07-R-0050. To provide Environmental Support Services which include field compliance monitoring and sampling, data gathering and analysis in support of regulatory reporting , environmental project management and assistance, hazardous waste inventory management, and associated support services at the Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach. CA. The period of performance will be 01 October 2007 through 30 September 2008 with four one-year options. FOB Destination. The resulting contract will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, requirements type with task order provisions. The requirement is an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 541620. The complete statement of work and technical specifications will be provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about 5 July 2007 and will close 30 days thereafter. The RFP will be made available electronically at the Federal Bu siness Opportunities (www.fedbizopps.gov) and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (www.neco.navy.mil) web sites. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link frequently for updates their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). No paper copies of these documents will be issued. Offerors must be registered and active in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award.
