- The government intends to acquire on a sole source basis, from Michael Thompson, Salinas, CA. The services are for technical support of Information Assurance of the network centric warfare technologies for the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA for assistance in support of research, including general tasks and developments and investigation focused on dynamic security policies, high assurance developments and user training, The task includes technical support and subject matter expertise for the tutorial development. Work includes dynamic security policy development, DIE enhancements and Cyberciege tutorials and enhancements. Vendor has the experience and expertise developing network security education tools, network security architecture and design, high assurance evaluation criteria, architecting Class A1 secure computer and network products. A high level of unique skills and experience is required. The contractor will provide high-level professional suppor t to the NPS effort supporting the Senior Technical Support Tutorials Project. The agency is in need for Support Services in the effort supporting the dynamic security policies, internal linking within documents and tutorial development. The support service will require close integration with the Naval Postgraduate School faculty and research personnel. Oral Solicitation N00244-07-T-0639 will be utilized in accordance with SAP procedures for this non-competitive procurement. Anticipated award date is on or before July 03, 2007.
