- The US Naval Hospital Guam intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price, Sole Source, Commercial-Type contract with PRO>One Guam Telephone Authority, 624 North Marine Corps Drive, Tamuning, GU 96913-4401. Items being procured are BlackBerry Mobile Units with Service. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business. REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001 purchase of BlackBerry 8700g Instrument (qty 14 each); CLIN 0002 Voice Plan Corporate Plan 3000 minutes (qty 14 each); CLIN 0003 BlackBerry Unlimited Local Data Service Plan (qty 14 each); CLIN 0004 Unlimited Local SMS Text Messaging (qty 14 each); CLIN 0005 (1 year) BlackBerry Enterprise Server - Server 4.1 for MicroSoft Exchange/IBM Lotus Domino.Novell Groupwise users (qty 20 each); CLIN 0006 Customer Support Fee (1 year); CLIN 0007 BlackBerry Enterprise Server S/MIME CAL (qty 20 user). Brand Name Only. Inquiries must be received by close-of-business 2007 July 12. It's the contractors responsibility that information is received by the Purchasing Agent by COB 2007 July 12. Responses received will be considered. However, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
