- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting & General Services Office in Portland, OR have a requirement at the Klamath Basin NWR Complex, 4009 Hill Road, Tulelake, CA 96134 to procure a new Heavy Haul Truck Tractor with a new fifth wheel plus new accessories. Selection process is "Best Value" - in addition to price, the USFWS is considering the following factors: Past performance; Special features of the supply required for effective program performance; Probable life of the item selected as compared with that of a comparable item; Warranty considerations; Maintenance availability; Environmental and energy efficiency considerations and Delivery terms. All shipping/freight charges should be included in the pricing as f.o.b. Destination. Suggested Brand Name: Manufacturer: Peterbilt, Model 367 plus all standard package items or EQUAL.
