- Federal Supply Class(FSC) 6810, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 424690. Aluminum Powder, spherical, IAW MIL-PRF-23950B, type IV, dated 11 Jul 05. FOB Destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. This will be a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements type contract for a minimum quantity of zero pounds and a estimated maximum quantity of 813,500 pounds. Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of delivery order. All contractors who provide goods/services to the D OD must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR).
