- Description
- The Directorate of Contracting- Fort Campbell intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to responsible contractors for IT infrastructure construction requirements at Fort Campbell KY. Number of BPAs to be awarded is estimated at ten (10). Each call under the BPA will be scoped IAW with the individual statement of work per project. All awards made under the BPAs will be based on criteria established in the BPA as supplemented by instructions issued for each call. All work under t hese BPAs will be subject to Davis Bacon Act and applicable wage determinations which will be incorporated into the awarded BPAs. Requirements include furnishing and digging and installing manholes, ducts, cable and fiber and fiber splicing. Specifically , the contractors shall be required to provide all labor, equipment, supplies/materials necessary to perform requirement. Contract type will be firm fixed price. The magnitude of the BPA Calls is estimated between $2000 and $100,000. Acquisition is Set -Aside for Small Business concerns. NACIS is 238210, Small Business Size Standard is $13 Million. Successful awardees must have the capability of obtaining Performance and Payment bonds. Interested sources are instructed to submit brief summary of const ruction experience and financial information to the contracting officer. This information will be used to make a firm responsibility determination Responses are due NLT 16 July 2007, 4:00 PM CT. Any responses received after this time will not be consid ered and will be rejected. There will not be a solicitation issued for this action.
