- The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions that have been received regarding this procurement. The quotation due date of 7/10/07 has not been extended by this amendment. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Question 1: I noticed that the photographs of the Secretaries were all head shots with the exception of the one of Secretary Cuomo. Will full figure photographs be provided? Answer 1: We can supply additional photographs if available from within in our library or from the National Archive Records Administration (NARA) at the time of contract(s) award. Question 2: The one of Secretary Cuomo was seated, will you require this be changed to a standing portrait? Answer 2: Yes. Question 3: Was there a reason that the portraits of Secretaries Romney, Lynn, and Pierce were omitted from the samples sent? Answer 3: At this time, this procurement is for the five (5) HUD Secretaries listed in the Statement of Work. Note: the portraits for Secretaries Romney, Lynn and Pierce have already been completed. Question 4: Will there be color photographs provided, and will any full figure photographs showing the subject's hand be given as well? Answer 4: We can search for those type of pictures if that helps. Question 5: I have printed out the photographs sent of the subjects. With the exception of the photograph of Secretary Alphonso Jackson, I would be far better served if I could have an original rather than a transmission of their official photographs. Secretary Jackson was excellent, the others did not come through as well as I might hope. May I assume that this would be made available? Answer 5: We can supply original prints in color of the subjects but they may not be in the standing position.
