- RFQ: AG-5F48-S-07-0009 Heavy Construction - Wetland Restoration Projects (3) Three Sites Rock County, Wisconsin LARSON WETLAND RESTORATION WRP CONTRACT #66-5F48-5-084 SUMMARY This projects includes three sites Site #1-- Spring Valley Township T2N R10E Sec 35 Disable tile and excavate 2 scrapes and seed disturbed area as shown on the plans and specifications for the purpose of restoring habitat of the Wetland Restoration Program site in Rock County. The work will involve disabling 10,000 feet of tile and excavating 3800 cy. Site #2-- Avon TownshipT1N R10E Sec 11 and 12 Disable tile, construct two embankments, install a water level control structure, excavate 5 scrapes, and seed disturbed areas as shown on the plans and specifications for the purpose of restoring habitat of the Wetland Restoration Program site in Rock County. The work will involve disabling 5310 ft of tile, 5740 cy of fill, one water level control structure, and excavating 8360 cy. Site #3--,Avon Township T1N R10E Sec 12 and Newark Township T1N R11E Sec 7 Disable tile, construct ditch plug with kicker berm, and excavate 4 scrapes, and seed disturbed areas as shown on the plans and specifications for the purpose of restoring habitat of the Wetland Restoration Program sit in Rock County. The work will involve disabling approximately 2000 ft of tile, 1080 cy fill, and excavating 11,600 cy. Performance time, including mobilization and 5 days for inclement weather is 39 calendar days assuming 10 hr work days, 5 day work weeks, and 3 pieces of heavy equipment. Earthwork shall be completed by Oct 26, 2007. GENERAL PROJECT NOTES: These are federal construction projects, Davis-Bacon Wage Rates will apply to work under any resultant contract. These projects may be completed in any order ? however, NRCS must approve schedules and give official Notice to Proceed prior to start of work at each site. Performance time for all work, including mobilization and 5 days for inclement weather is 39 calendar days assuming 10 hr work days, 5 day work weeks, and 3 pieces of heavy equipment. Earthwork shall be completed by Oct 26, 2007 and all work, including seeding, must be completed no later than October 31, 2007. Range of Construction: $70,000 to $100,000 (Total for all three sites) Complete Plans and Specifications will be posted with the full soliciation.
