- DISA/DITCO, 2300 East Drive, Bldg 3600, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5406 intends to issue a IDIQ contract. (i)This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 ( c)(1) FAR Par 6, 6.302-1 (c), brand name. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price. (ii) The solicitation number HC1013-07-T-0099 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. (iv) NACIS Code 423430,541513 (v) CLIN item 0001 Purchase of Software, Aperture Vista 500C License for 277,436 Sq Ft., IAW Attached SOW and SOW Admendment. CLIN 0002 Implementation, IAW Attached SOW and SOW Admendment. CLIN 0003 Data Collection. IAW Attached SOW and SOW Admendment CLIN 0004 Travel - Not To Exceed $75,000.00, IAW Attached SOW and SOW Admendment. CLIN 0005 Purchase Maintenance (Gold Program). IAW Attached SOW and SOW Admendment. CLIN 0006 Training, IAW Attached SOW and SOW Admendment. CLIN 1001 Option Year 1 - Purchase of Software, Aperture Vista 500C License for 189,104 Sq Ft., IAW Attached SOW and SOW Admendment, CLIN 1002 Option Year 1 - Implementation, IAW Attached SOW and SOW Admendment, CLIN 1003 Option Year 1 - Data Collection. IAW Attached SOW and SOW Admendment, CLIN 1004 Opiton Year 1 - Travel - Not To Exceed $50,000.00, IAW Attached SOW and SOW Admendment. CLIN 1005 Option Year 1 - Purchase Maintenance (Gold Program). IAW Attached SOW and SOW Admendment, CLIN 1006 Option Year 1 - Training, IAW Attached SOW and SOW Admendment, CLIN 2001 Option Year 2 Reserved, CLIN 2002 Option Year 2 Reserved, CLIN 2003 Option Year 2 Reserved, CLIN 2004 Option Year 2 Reserved, CLIN 2005 Option Year 2 Purchase Maintenance (Gold Program). IAW Attached SOW and SOW Admendment., CLIN 2006 Option Year 2 Reserved. (vi) Aperture Vista 500C software license, implementation, training, data collection, travel and maintenance. (vii) Delivery shall be made to: for DISA Computing Services GIG-CS, Greenwood Village, CO 80104 FOB Destination. The period of performance Base year (12 months) and two (one year) option years. (viii) The following clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.209-6, Protecting the Government?s Interest When Subcontracting with Contractors Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment; 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors / Commercial; 52.212-3, Offeror?s Representations & Certifications / Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implements Statutes or Executive Orders / Commercial Items; 52.216-18 ORDERING. (OCT 1995) (a) Any supplies and services to be furnished under this contract shall be ordered by issuance of delivery orders or task orders by the individuals or activities designated in the Schedule. Such orders may be issued from 5 Jul 2007 through 20 Jul 2010 [insert dates]. (b) All delivery orders or task orders are subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. In the event of conflict between a delivery order or task order and this contract, the contract shall control. (c) If mailed, a delivery order or task order is considered "issued" when the Government deposits the order in the mail. Orders may be issued orally, by facsimile, or by electronic commerce methods only if authorized in the Schedule. (End of clause) 52.216-19 ORDER LIMITATIONS. (OCT 1995) (a) Minimum order. When the Government requires supplies or services covered by this contract in an amount of less than $5,000.00 , the Government is not obligated to purchase, nor is the Contractor obligated to furnish, those supplies or services under the contract. (b) Maximum order. The Contractor is not obligated to honor: (1) Any order in excess of 2.5 million . (c) If this is a requirements contract (i.e., includes the Requirements clause at subsection 52.216-21 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Government is not required to order a part of any one requirement from the Contractor if that requirement exceeds the maximum-order limitations in paragraph (b) above. (End of clause) 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (MAR 2000) (a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 30 days ; provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 60 days (60 days unless a different number of days is inserted) before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension. (b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause. (c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 36 months .
