- The United States Government intents to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that will expire July 31, 2007 at Honolulu International Airport. The Government requires 1530 Rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 1530 ANSI/BOMA office area. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
