- U.S. Government SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE Broward County, Florida REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,200 usable square feet of air conditioned warehouse / flex space available for use by the Food and Drug Administration personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The garage door for the warehouse should contain a minimum of 8 feet 0 inches with a minimum of 2 feet walk-around space. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: Commercial Boulevard East: State Road 7 South: Route 595 West: Sawgrass Expressway REQUIRED: All services, supplies, and utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lese term will be ten (10) years with five (5) years firm. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by July 17, 2007. Owners and exclusive agents only.
