- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Imagenex Technology Corp, Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for one (1) each Model 837B Delta T multibeam sonar system in accordance with Salient Characteristics. The specified unit is manufactured by Imagenex Technology Corp. The resulting purchase order will be firm, fixed price, with delivery on or before 19 July 2007. The applicable NAICS is 334519 with a business size of 500 employees. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
