- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego has a requirement for educational support services for the Information Professional Center of Excellence at NPS Monterey. The period of performance will consist of a base year and two (2) one-year option periods. The type of contract will be issued on a firm fixed price basis. All terms and conditions will be outlined in the solicitation. This procurement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. A complete solicitation package will be available on or about 9 July 2007. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611430. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; THIS OFFICE WILL NO LONGER ISSUE HARD COPY SOLICITATIONS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PROSPECTIVE OFFEROR TO REPORT ANY DOCUMENT DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS TO NECO; THE CONTRACTING OFFICE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FO R NECO DOWNLOAD ISSUES. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency.
