- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.ov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://ww.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The following is a synopsis prepared in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and supplemental information included in this notice. The quotation number is N00178-07-Q-1232 and is a request for quotation. This announcement constitutes the only quotation being issued. A written quotation will not be issued. All interested parties shall indicate their interest and capability with their fax quote at (540) 653-7088 or emailed quote to dlgr_nswc_xds11@navy.mil and shall be considered by Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 157, Dahlgren VA 22448-5110. All offerors must be advised that they must be active in the Central Contractor Registration database at http://www.ccr.gov before award can be made. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole-source basis to American Technology Corporation, 15378 Avenue of Science STE 100, San Diego, CA, 92128-4108, an order for QTY 1 Emitter Assemblies PN 103826-00, QTY 1 Remote Control Electronics Assembly PN 103759-00, QTY 1 Sun Shield Upper PN 103734-00, QTY 1 Shield Rear PN 103733-00, QTY 1 Handheld Microphone PN LRAD-500-MIC, QTY 1 Cable Assembly PN 103827-00, QTY 1 Cable Assembly Microphone Extensions PN 06-079-500, and QTY 1 Cable Assembly Audio Line Inputs, PN LRAD-CBL-CD. Brand Name or equal is not acceptable. The configuration being built to which these items will be components require the specified makes and models to ensure functional capability. The closing date is 06 July 2007, 2:00 p.m. (local NSWCDD time). Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall apply to this acquisition. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 157, Dahlgren VA 22448-5110.
