- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with Joint Program Office, 47123 Buse Rd., Patuxent River, MD 20670-1547 to provide for the development, test and delivery of two (2) sets each of Holding Fixtures and Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS) SERD 2474 and SERD 2480, and (4) sets of Adapters SERD 2479, required to support the Primary Hydraulic Power Drive Unit and (HPDU) and the Back-Up Hydraulic Power Drive Unit (BUHPDU) on the V22 Hydraulic Automated Test Station (V-HATS). for various quantities for the V22 program for delivery to NAVAIR Lakehurst Aircraft Support Equipment Staging Area, Rte 547 Bldg. 195 (Hangar 6) Lakehurst, NJ 08733-4851. The Navy intends to procure this effort under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the Navy not to open the requirement to competition, based upon the response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Navy. A solicitation is not available for this procurement. This effort will commence within approximately 30 days after the date of subsequent contract.
