- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Sole Source Delivery Order on Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0026 to McDonnell Douglas Corporation a subsidiary of The Boeing Company, St Louis, MO, for the procurement of udated AV-8B Technical Publications affected by the H.50 Software Suite upgrade to incorporate comments from the operational test period and fleet review, ILS/LSA/provisioning activities to support the H5.0 Software Suite upgrade and update/provide final Codeable Test Flow Diagrams for the T/AV-8B aircraft.
