- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract actions with Goodrich Fuel and Utility Systems, 100 Panton Road, Vergennes, VT, 05491, on an other than full and open competition basis for commercially available Conditioned Based Maintenance (CBM) algorithms for the H-53 helicopters. The resulting contract will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. This action will result in a base year and options for the out years in support of the CBM. This will be an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0022. Goodrich is the only known source with the necessary technical data, knowledge, expertise and experience to perform this effort. Numbered Notes 22 and 26 apply
