- Contractor furnished, maintained and operated light single engine helicopter (Bell 407 or equal) in support of the Minerals Management Service, Pacific Offshore Operations in Camarillo, California. Contract Period: October 1, 2007 thru September 30, 2008, with four one year options not to exceed a total of 60 months. Exclusive use service is required seven days per week. It is estimated that 350 flight hours will be flown per year. Contractor is required to establish an operating base at Camarillo, CA, airport, including a passenger lounge and maintenance support. Contractor must be FAA Certificated and operate under 14 CFR Part 135 Air Taxi and Commercial Operators. This procurement is a 100% set aside for small business concerns with 1500 employees or less.
