- SOLICITATION NO. 301817Q284 PROJECT TITLE: Painting of the Exterior of the Prairie Wetlands Learning Center Main Building Dorm PROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Fergus Falls Wetland Management District Fergus Falls, Minnesota PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of: Surface preparation (including cleaning, removal of mold possibly using a power washing method, removal of hardware, light fixtures and similar items, priming and painting of all exterior wood surfaces. Paint colors to match original building colors subject to approval of the government representative ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors with a size standard of $13.0 million. Solicitation (RFQ) package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov on approximately July 13, 2007 with Quotes doe on or about August 2, 2007. A Hard Copy of the RFQ Package will not be mailed unless specifically requested. The Solicitation package includes: A Scope of Work, and prevailing wage determination.
