- Modification #2: the purpose of this modification is to change the solicitation number from W912EF07Q0101 to W912EF07Q0103 and to advise interested parties that funds are now available for this project. Modification #1: Funds are not currently avai lable for this acquisition. No Contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, ATTN: CENWW-CT, 201 North 3rd, Walla Walla, WA 99362-1876 intends to award a purchase order t o fabricate and install chemical grout cylinders in existing drilled holes on the navigation lock at Little Goose Dam. The cost is estimated to be in the range of $25,000 - $100,000. The chemical grout shall be Adeka Ultra Seal A-30 manufactured by Adeka Corporation. Contractor shall construct forms for molding chemical grout specimens, mold grout cylinders, drill flexible chemical grout from 6 diameter drill hole, 120 feet deep, clean hole to remove all chemical grout and loose material, dispose of wast e chemical grout (acryilamide), install grout cylinders in existing drilled holes, and install hole plugs. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 238110 and the size standard is $13 million. In order for con tractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration infor mation to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
