- This Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. The Air Mobility Command (AMC) Specialized Contracting Branch, 507 Symington Drive, Rm W202, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5022 is in the process of conducting market research to determine the availability of interested sources capable of providing the following equipment to be delivered to McGuire AFB, NJ 008641. Please note the contract vehicle in which you can provide this requirement. CLIN 0001 - 1. Brand Name or Equal: Adv Multiband/Multimission Tacticl Radio System-manpack, part number AN/PRC-117F. Quantitiy of 4 each, Ship to: McGuire AFB, NJ 08641. Quantitiy of 4 each Ship to: McGuire AFB, NJ 08641.CLIN 0002 - Brand Name or Equal: Speaker, Amplified Part Number: RF-5981-SA0001, Quantity 4 each, Ship to: McGuire AFB, NJ 08641. The cost of shipping should be included in the total price quoted. The delivery date is 45 Days After Receipt Order (ARO). Request interested offerors capable of performing these functions submit a price and capability statement to the above address on or before 6 July 2007 at 11:00 A.M. CDT. The information may be sent by email to: naomi.brown-02@scott.af.mil. The capability statement should include: (1) A brief description of the company including history and business size (large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone certified, or woman owned); (2) Description of the supplies and services provided by the company including the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS); and (3) Identify past and present contracts (including GSA contracts) where similar supplies/services have been/are provided, to include contract number, point of contact with telephone number and company address (including ZIP PLUS FOUR zip code), contract dollar value and type (fixed price, cost-reimbursable, etc.), brief narrative of what supplies/services being provided, and payment arrangements. The page limit for the capability statement is 15 pages. You may also submit a sample of your current commercial contract that identifies your terms and conditions and performance work statement. This request for information is not a commercial solicitation and the Government will not pay for any information submitted, or for any costs associated with providing the information.
