- The Air Force ISR Agency Contracting Branch at Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a SOLE SOURCE Contract, in support of the Telecommunications Infrastructure Analysis and Support requirement for NASIC/OL-LAZ, to Dittberner Associates Inc, 4641 Montgomery Ave,Bethesda MD 20814. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) (Sole Source) FAR 6.302-1(a) (2). This project requires research of telecommunications usage in various regions of the world. Market research conducted indicates Dittberner has the necessary information to support the Government. This information is contained in a database, with Dittberner owning the proprietary rights. This is a special notice only, complying with the requirements of FAR Subpart 5.202.
