- Description
- The 99th Contracting Squadron on Nellis AFB intends to award a contract to Canadian Helicopters Limited School of Advanced Flight on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This contract will be for 20 hours of Flight training under extreme conditions for survivability and performance of flight ops in Iraq and Afghanistan. The intent of this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The statuatory authority for other for other than full and open competition is 1U.S.C. 2304(c) 1). A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
