- Provide all labor, material, water treatment products, tools, equipment, test kits and supervision necessary to maintain the water chemistry of the water treatment systems for the VA Hines Information Technology Center (ITC), Building 215, Fifth Avenue & Roosevelt Road, Hines, IL 60141. Anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods, at the Government's discretion. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and is a 100% small business set-aside under NACIS 561990, size standard $6.5 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
