- This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000. Further in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to make award to the Packaging Strategies, Inc. The intended contract will provide for a quantity of 40 integrated vehicular adapter flyaway suitcase kits. Packaging Strategies, Inc. is a leading provider of mobile and tactical electronics shipping and carrying cases as well as fabricated materials. Purchasing from Packaging Strategies assures custom equipment packing design and reliability. Their product is durable, high quality, portable, enclosed case for vehicular adapter equipment and accessories. As a result Packaging Strategies, Inc. is the only responsible source to provide the necessary equipment and services required by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
