This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as 100% small business set-aside. The NSN is 6615-00-471-3676, 173-day ARO. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
