- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3HSE17163A001 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. The NAICS Code is 332999 and the NAICS size standard is 500 employees. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for delivery and installation of the following items: 1000 (ea.) Command Badges for USSTRATCOM Description: Current STRATCOM Metal/Pewter Badge. Badge is approx 1-3/4? Diameter, raised surface, 3 colors, 3 prong backing, metal and pewter materials. Must meet specifications and guidelines approved with The Institute of Heraldry (TIOH). *A picture can be provided by emailing leonardo.cruz@offutt.af.mil. All quotes should be received NLT Friday, 13 July 2007, at 1:00 pm (cst), and sent electronically via e-mail, if possible, to leonardo.cruz@offutt.af.mil or roland.eder@offutt.af.mil or faxed to (402) 294-7280. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY Friday, 13 July 2007, at 1:00 pm (cst) will make a offeror ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration.
