- This Amendment 0001 to the solicitation adds the following to the "Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items" FAR clause 52.212-01(g): "The Contracting Officer reserves the right to limit the number of proposals in the competitive range to the greatest number that will permit an efficient competition among the most highly rated proposals." No other terms of the solicitation have changed, and the due date for proposals remains unchanged.
