- This is a timber sale with imbedded services. The project consists of furnishing everything to do the following types of contracting activities: prescribed burning, road decommissioning, road maintenance activities, stream crossing improvements, trail reconstruction improvements, soil restoration, temporary road construction and harvest timber on the Elk City Ranger District of the Nez Perce National Forest. OFFERORS - PLEASE NOTE This solicitation is very large, and consists of 32 separate files. Please note that the American River Stewardship Harvest Area and Slash Plan Map is located at another location due to the size of the map file. Please go to: ftp://ftp2.fs.fed.us/incoming/r1/nezperce There is a folder named "American River Stewardship", which contains this map. For faster downloading, please right click, then use the copy command to copy the pdf file from the FTP site. You may then load the file on your PC before opening the file to view the map.
