Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Weather Service (NWS) is in need of a contractor to supply all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and dispose off-site two old Liebert HVAC units, split systems and provide and install the following equipment: 2 FM35 Network AIR FM Series CRAC-1,2 DX units, 35 kW (10 tons) Main Module , Air Cooled , Electric Reheat , Replaceable Humidifier Down flow Air Discharge. 480V/3Ph/60Hz, tandem scroll compressors, direct drive variable speed fan motors 2 FM GLOBAL 400-480V HIGH LIFT CONDENSATE PUMP 2 FM GLOBAL SMOKE DETECTOR 2 FM GLOBAL SPOT WATER DETECTOR 2 S/A FIRESTAT SWITCH DOWN FLOW 4 FM GLOBAL 30% FILTER 1 CATEGORY 5 UTP 568B PATCH CABLE, SOLID, PLENUM, GRAY, RJ45M/RJ45M 25' 2 WATER DETECTOR, CABLE 2 OHE Disconnect 2 140MBH@20TD, FSC, Single, 460/3/60 2 fan outdoor condensor 13,700 CFM 2 12" floor stands w/air deflectors The Contractor is responsible for supplying a dumpster, if needed, and having it removed when work is completed; any rigging, moving, or adjusting and getting area ready to accept the new equipment; disconnecting electrical power, and relocating electrical power to new units; reclaiming refrigerant from old Liebert units and supplying new refrigerant or reclaimed/recycled clean refrigerant for new units; and keep the area clean during construction. The compressors shall have a five (5) - year warranty; the complete systems shall have one (1) - year warranty on all parts and labor. All work shall be completed during normal work hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Contractor shall have all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance to cover all workmanship, equipment/tools, government property and company employees. The resultant procurement will be a firm fixed-price contract. This will be a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238220. The size standard for Small Business is $13 million. The estimated price range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Completion time for this project is forty-five (45) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. All contractors doing business with the Government are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). In order to register with the CCR and ORCA and become eligible to receive an award, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number.
