- Description
- The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission?s (NRC) Office of Administrative Services (ADM), Division of Administrative Services (DAS), Rulemaking, Directives and Editing Branch (RDEB) manages the agency?s centralized document services to include printing, paper- and Web-based publishing, rulemaking, and technical editing and writing. The agency requires technical editing and pre-print review services (proofreading and layout review) to support the agency?s mission and communication goals in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. These services are commercial in nature and are required for a base year period and four one-year option periods; performance to start approximately May 01, 2007. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Requirements-type contract is anticipated. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available immediately per FAR 5.203(a)(1). The solicitation will be available solely through the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the FedBizOpps website. The FedBizOpps website provides downloading instructions. Hard copies of the solicitation document and its related documents, as appropriate, will be posted at this website, therefore, interested parties are requested not to send letters, e-mails or faxes requesting copies of the RFP. Accordingly, telephoned, mailed, e-mailed or faxed requests will not be honored. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website to assure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. The Government will not reimburse interested parties for any costs associated with responding to this solicitation. The size standard for this acquisition is an average of $6.5 million over the past three years, as set forth under NAICS Code 561410. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Only proposals submitted by small business concerns will be considered by the agency. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-JAN-2007).
