- *Pre-Solicitation Notice Synopsis* This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one contractor, PCCI, Inc. 300 North Lee Street Suite 201 Alexandria, Virginia 22314 USA, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a) (iii) Only one Responsible source and No Other Supplies or services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This Statement of Work identifies the requirements for providing engineering support services in support of the Naval Facilities Engineering Service Center (NFESC), Code ESC 50, Ocean Facilities Department legacy barrier depot in Cheatham Annex, VA (AKA DABB Depot). The NFESC is requesting site work. All sites, needed improvements in end seal performance, primary connector design, new back-up connectors, gate opening and closing procedures and a formal operation and maintenance manual which reflects the personnel and equipment resources at each site. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541330 and the annual size standard is 500 Employees. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, inquires received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
