- Description
- Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment for: a. Rent and Install metal storage box where shown on site plan. b. Rent and install trash dumpster where shown on site plan. c. General contractor shall sub-contract a kitchen consultant to remove all the existing kitchen equipment, make an inventory of the kitchen equipment and their condition. The Kitchen consultant shall store the kitchen equipment and clean the equipment prior to re-installation. The kitchen consultant shall make sure that the kitchen equipment is fully operational prior to completion of the Project. d. Remove all floor Quarry tile in Galley. e. Remove floor mounted water closet, wall mounted lav. and counter in Galley restroom. f. Remove all ceramic floor and wall tile in restroom. g. Remove asbestos composition floor tile in Dry Storage Room. h. Remove TWO existing floor drains and install TWO new floor drains in galley floor. i. Cut floor and Install plumbing for ONE new floor drains in galley floor. j. Install new fluid applied flooring Galley Floor and slope to drains. k. Install new fluid applied flooring in Galley Restroom and slope to drain. l. Install new fluid applied flooring in Storage Room and Chefs Office. m. Remove surface mounted light fixtures in galley and all exposed conduits. Repair existing drywall ceiling, spackle all holes, sand smooth, prime and paint. n. Remove and replace existing batt insulation over Galley area approx. 1150 s.f. with R-19 Fiber glass Loose-Fill Insulation. o. Install new light fixtures as per electrical plan. All new conduits and junction boxes shall be installed in attic space. p. Replace exhaust fan and light fixture in galley restroom. q. Repair existing drywall walls and ceiling in restroom, spackle all holes, sand smooth, prime and paint. r. Install new flush valve floor mounted water closet and lav with counter top. s. Replace TWO swinging doors & frames, install THREE new doors and ONE new Bi-fold door. t. Install new flush valve floor mounted water closet and lav. with counter top. u. Reinstall existing tables, shelving and equipment into Galley. v. Provide furnish and Install new sanitary floor sinks and new can wash drain with rinse nozzle as shown on drawings. w. Provide furnish and install new kitchen hood make-up air fan with filter and new sidewall exhauster. x. Remove existing water heater. Remove and replace existing drywall on adjacent walls facing the inside of the existing Dry Storage Room. Finish and Paint all walls. y. Reinstall existing water heater with new drain pan underneath and reconnect government supplied filter. z. Remove existing 5ft x 9ft louver and replace existing partition behind it. Install new partition with green wall board each side. Caulk bottom of new partition. Install new Dade County Approved 5ft x 9ft Louver, rated at 30 mph with zero water penetration. The project work site is the U.S. Coast Guard Station Ft. Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida. Estimated construction price range is $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 120 calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 236220. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $31.0 million.
