- The purpose of this synopsis is to issue a draft RFP for Deployment Logistical Support (DLS). This is not a request for proposals but a request for comments and suggestions. No comments, suggestions, or questions will be responded to as a result of this synopsis. All feedback must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated and incorporated in the final RFP, where determined appropriate.
