- Description
- The 28th Contracting Squadron is soliciting for the repair of drainage areas. The work consists of construction of various size storm sewers, flared ends and other appurtenances, channel grading, excavation, filling, construction of new concrete drain pans, riprap, gabions, surface restoration, utility lowerings and other incidental work. The work also consists of removal and disposal of existing gravel surfacing, riprap, grading the site, remove, dispose of, modify or abandon existing drainage structures and piping, and adjust existing utilities and appurtenances. This requirement falls under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program IAW FAR Part 19.10. Work to be performed under this contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes, Sector 23 Construction, Subsector 237 Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, Size Standard $31M for work on Ellsworth AFB. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 15 May 07. The solicitation may be obtained by downloading through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) (Vendor). Hard copies of the solicitation and all attachments WILL NOT be available. Offerors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at www.ccr.gov. All contractors must also be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), https://orca.bpn.gov/ prior to the Request for Proposal solicitation closing date. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-MAY-2007).
