- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, 07TC0559, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334310 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; 0001 ? Provide and install 66 Zenith Television (L20V54S, 20.1, LCD EDTV/with 6 pin pillow speaker port as a turn key, Balance system with connectivity to the existing television system. System shall include 1 Zenith LT2002 Programmer, 53 Flat wall brackets, 66 Support Plates for wall brackets, 13 Arm type wall brackets, 115 TV drops, 11 double gang outlet boxes and 104 single gang outlet boxes (all with face plates), 3 amplifiers, non-plenum cabling as required- CAC-11 main feed & CAC-6 branch cable all associated accessories, taps, etc.,. As Built documentation and drawings-Television receivers (sets) must meet the 2007 mandated for ATSC/NTSC turners in all healthcare Grade Television. System must be balance. This system must be installed no later than 6 June 2007. If submitting an ?equal? product, please provide all specification with your proposal. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable.
