Description

The Federal Government has a requirement to lease office space consisting of approximately 3,950 rentable square feet consisting of approximately 3,443 usable square foot for personnel, furnishings, and equipment in Fargo, North Dakota. There is also a requirement for one (1) reserved designated vehicle parking space. Existing buildings will be considered. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, must not lie within the 100/500 year flood plain, and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state, and federal levels as they may apply. The initial tenant will be Federal Public Defenders Office. Such space shall be ready for occupancy on or before October 1, 2005. The government is seeking a lease term of fifteen (15) years with the first five (5) years firm. Space offered must be within two (2) city blocks of the Federal Court House located at 655 First Avenue North, Fargo, North Dakota. Only properties that are contained within those boundaries or which front directly on the streets within those boundaries and meet or are capable of meeting the above written criteria will be considered for this procurement.
