- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation seeks to increase the level-of-effort under Contract No. PBGC01-CT-03-0652 with the Integrated Management Resources Group. Under the contract, IMRG performs auditing services to include: (1) Plan Asset Audits, (2) Pension Plan Audits, (3) Source Document Audits, (4) Participant Data Audits, and (5) Standard Termination Audits. Information regarding PBGCs mission and its programs can be located at its web site: www.pbgc.gov. An increase of 13,900 hours is necessary to offset an unforeseen increase in the number of pension plans assumed by the PBGC and to allow the services to continue uninterrupted. In view of the IMRGs familiarity with the complexities of pension audits and their knowledge of ERISA as well as PBGC policies and procedures, IMRG is uniquely qualified to perform these additional services in a timely manner and without interruption.
