Description

The Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Pacific (DoDDS-Pacific) intends to procure a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for a Spectrometer (7 each), Complete AP Chemistry Lab Package (8 each), AP Environmental Science Lab Package (5 each); and a Complete AP Biology Lab Package (12 each) using a full and open competition basis for use in DoDDS-Pacific schools in Korea and Japan. Specific details and specifications shall be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-07-T-1011. Delivery will be F.O.B Origin within 30 days from date of the Purchase Order to the government?s West Coast Consolidation Point located at Tracy, California. Award of the RFQ will be based on the lowest price quote for products that meet the governments requirements listed in the RFQ. The RFQ will be issued and posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 12 July, 2007 to close 30 days after the RFQ issue date. Anticipated award date is 1 September 2007. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
