- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled: NASA Protective Services Contract NNX077040R which was posted on May 24, 2007. NASA will offer a Pricing Overview session with Industry to further define the NPS Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) pricing instructions from 9:00am ? 11:00am on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at NASA Headquarters, Washington D.C., in Room 9H40 (room location subject to change). Changes or additional Logistics for this meeting will be provided during the Pre-Proposal Conference on July 10th. The content of this session is for the Government to present a demonstration of the cost volume spreadsheets. Industry will have an opportunity to provide pricing comments and questions directly to the Government. We understand this time period is during the NASA Headquarters Site Visit. Industry participation of an additional representative for this meeting would be in addition to the two person, per company limit. Interested parties must be properly badged to enter NASA Headquarters. Any and all additional information or charts provided during the Pricing Overview session will be consistent with the DRFP and posted to NAIS/Federal Business Opportunities and the NASA Protective Services website http://nps.ksc.nasa.gov/NPS/default.cfm. All questions and answers received during this session will be posted. Attendance at the Pricing Overview session is recommended; however, attendance is neither required nor a prerequisite for proposal submission and will not be considered in the evaluation. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
