- Description
- Provide all management, supervision, labor, subcontractors, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided) and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective completion of all work necessary to remove existing condensate storage tank, necessary piping, tank and piping insulation, and condensate pumps. Contractor is responsible for the proper disposal of all material that is removed. Install new 2000 gallon stainless steel storage tank and tank saddles. Install necessary piping to connect new tank to system. Install two new condensate pumps, necessary piping and electrical for new pumps. Install new 11/2" insulation and .016 stucco aluminum jacketing for new condensate tank. Install necessary insulation on any new piping associated with piping replaced during tank replacement. Work is to be performed between the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm. The estimated price is between $25,000 and 100,000. NAICS is 238290 with size standard of $13 million. This is a negotiated procurement. Proposals will be evaluated on price. The solicitation will be available o/a July 12, 2007; the actual date for receipt of proposals will be available for download through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS website at (www.fedteds.gov). All interested vendors must register with FedTeDS and registration requires that the following information be provided: (1) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN),(2) DUNS Number or CAGE Code, (3) Telephone Number, and (4)E-Mail Address. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FedBizOpps and FedTeDS for amendments and/or additional information. All responsive offers for responsible offerors will be considered. Small Disadvantage, Women-Owned, HubZone, Veteran-Owned and Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business are encouraged to submit proposals.
