THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN SPOKANE, WA The United States Government seeks to lease street-level contiguous (same floor) office space, or contiguous upper-floor office space which meets GSA lease criteria and has handicapped accessible elevator service to the tenant office floor as an acceptable alternative. The space offered must consist of approximately 23,904 rentable square feet in Spokane, Washington. The space should yield between 20,786 and 23,904 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The parking to square foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements. Availability of public transportation with adequate parking must be available within two-blocks of the offered space. The proposed space must be located within the city limits of Spokane, Washington bounded by the following: Spokane CBD and extended area north of the CBD to Indiana Avenue, plus Division Street corridor extending north to Wellesley. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy on or around 01-25-09.
