- NAICS Code: 541511 NACIS Code: 541511 Notice of Intent to Sole Source for TRIRIGA Maintenance. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The US Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Administration and Resources Management intend to award a sole source purchase order to TRIRIGA located at 6700 Via Austi Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89119. This procurement is being conducted under FAR 6.302-1, for Other than Full and Open Competition and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. TRIRIGA will be providing to EPA software maintenance for FacilityCenter 8i products. The period of performance will be from June 1, 2007 - May 31, 2008 and the anticipated dollar value is $76,600.00. In the US and Canada, TRIRIGA is the sole provider of Maintenance under the TRIRIGA Elite Maintenance Program. Maintenance Services on TRIRIGA products are not available from any other source. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offerors received in response to this notice. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to Mark O'Maley at omaley.mark@epa.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Responses to this notice must be submitted by July 3, 2007. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government in future procurements.
