- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Syndetix, Incorporated, 2820 North Telshor Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico, 88011 for CD Wideband HEAT antennas in support of Force Protection (FP) Operations. Syndetix, Incorporated is the manufacturer of this equipment and has proprietary rights. A Firm Fixed Price type contract issued under the Test Procedures of FAR Part 13.5 is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAIC) Code is 541511 and the size standard is $23M. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
