The purchase of supplies/equipment will be made with the U.S. Government Credit Card, individual U.S. Government activity purchase/delivery orders, and contractor and personal credit cards. Sales under the terms of any resulting contract are anticipated to be approximately $1,300,000 per year. However, any resulting Base Supply Center Contract, itself, is not a mandatory source of supply. Under any resulting contract, the U.S. Government is not required to acquire any item from the Contractor, except for base critical items, Hull items, and hurricane items. Note that the Service Contract Act does not apply to this effort. Security clearances, Visas, and passports are required for contractor employees on-site at Naval Station. The Contractor will not be an agent of the United States Government and shall not in any way represent that it is an agent of the Government.
