- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to procure on a sole source basis the following items: CLIN 0001- A quantity of 1 each RF Signal Simulator Model No. EWTS-24R Turn-Key System (24 signals) from RDSI, 9326 7921 Jones Branch Drive STE 401, McLean, VA 22102-3335 Brand name or equal is not acceptable. RDSI is the original equipment manufacturer and award to any other firm would result in increased costs to the Government. The closing date is 13 July 2007 @ 2:00 p.m EDST. Thi s requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17632 Dahlgren Road Suite 157, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110. DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database.
