- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Target Position Actuator to include 2 axis gimbal and pair of rotary stages with attached motion controller (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Aerotech Inc. due to functional requirements in a custom system that meets the velocity, acceleration, and accuracy needs within the timeframe needed. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
