Description

The Bureau of Land Management intends to make an award under Commercial Items, FAR Part 12 to PacketStorm Communications, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The acquisition will consist of PacketStorm support and maintenance renewal options for Hurricane, part # PSC-2YR for expired Packetstorm System 07/30/2007 through 05/01/2008. The applicable NAICS code is 541519. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all responses received by 12:00pm MST, Wednesday, July 11, 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Note 22.
