- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to SRI International, 333 Raven Avenue, Menlo Park, CA, 94025-3493. The purpose of the purchase order is for a non-commercial, Firm Fixed Priced Purchase Order for one year. The support will include depot level repair and refurbishment of the Airborne Position Location System(APLS), GPS re-radiators, software maintenance, periodic maintenance, training and upgrades, support and troubleshooting during field operations, and oth er defined support that may be needed due to mission and software upgrades. Period of performance 1 September 2007 through 31 August 2008. The NAICS code is 334220 with size standard of 750. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sou rce under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received withi n fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governm ent. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may identify interest and capability by responding to this requirement or submit a proposal. E ach response received will be used at the sole discretion of the Government to determine whether or not to compete the requirement. All respondents must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, an d Tax Identification Number.
