- THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS PURSUANT TO THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. THIS PROJECT IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), PERFORMANCE PRICE TRADE-OFF, BEST VALUE SOURCE SELECTION SOLICITIATION. Soli citation No. W912HN-07-R-0084, Replace Bridge T-8512, Camp Mackall, NC. The NAICS assigned to this acquisition is 237310 with a size standard of $31.0Mil. Description of work: This solicitation is for the construction of Replace Bridge T8512, Camp Mackal l, NC. The project includes replacing the existing timber trestle bridge over CSX railroad tracks. Replacement bridge will be pre-stressed concrete. Demolition of the existing structure, and construction of the new structure and associated modifications i ncluding earthwork, roadways, water, electric and communication utilities are included. This acquisition will be a solicited under the Performance Price Trade-Off procedures under FAR Part 15.101. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to o ther than the low proposed price. Award will be made to an Offeror whose technical submittal and price proposal contain the combination of the criteria requested that offers the best value to the Government. The estimated magnitude of this project is bet ween $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This solicitation is issued unrestricted pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Offerors must register in the DOD Central Contractor Registrat ion (CCR). Contractor must be registered in CCR prior to award of a contract. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 16 July 2007.
